We are so excited to have Turtle Can as a new prize sponsor for the 2018 Miss Teen GB competitions!
Turtle Can’s goal is to help people realise they can make their own positive impact on reducing single-use plastic bottles in our oceans by using one of their gorgeous Turtle Can Stainless Steel Re-usable Drinks Bottles instead of single use plastic bottles.
These bottles keep drinks hot for 12 hours or could for 24 hours and will help our new queens keep hydrated whilst attending events and making appearances!
All three of our new winners will receive their very own Eco-Friendly Turtle Can as part of their fabulous prize package!

‘TURTLE CAN – Eco-Friendly 500ml Double-Walled Stainless Steel Drinks Bottle
THE PROBLEM:
An estimated eight million metric tons of plastic waste enters our oceans each year, with over 100 million marine animals needlessly being killed each year as a direct result. Currently, it is estimated that there are over 100 million tons of plastic in oceans around the world.
Our Turtle Population is especially at risk, with many killed by consuming debris – the plastics get trapped in their stomach preventing them from properly swallowing food. Harmful decomposition of marine debris inside the turtle’s body also produce gases which cause turtles to float, leading to painful starvation and making them an easy target for predators.
KEEPS DRINKS HOT FOR 12 HOURS OR COLD FOR 24 HOURS
The Eco-friendly Turtle Can features an innovative double-walled vacuum created from premium quality food-grade inner 304 stainless steel and outer 201 stainless steel, offering higher levels of hot and cold thermal protection and zero risk of condensation compared to standard flasks, plus the built-in silicone ring ensures there’s no leakages whilst on the move. The premium 100% BPA-Free material also makes is safe to use for the whole family!
Percentages of profits will also be donated to a Marine Conservation/Turtle charity!’
Thanks Turtle Can!!
