Our lovely Miss Intercontinental Scotland, Natalie Graham, wants to wish you all a very Merry Christmas!
‘Hi everyone! OMG I cannot believe how quickly Christmas has come around. I am a HUGE Christmas person, it is the best time of the year. I have been refraining from putting up my tree from around October.
The past year has been a whirlwind but the best year ever! After 4 years of competing I was crowned Miss Intercontinental Scotland in June this year. This has been a dream of mine from the very beginning and has exceeded all my expectations. Since winning I have been keeping busy attending all types of appearances and events and continuing to meet new people which is always great.
I also have the excitement/anticipation of competing in Miss Intercontinental in Egypt in early January. Although at times it seems surreal I cannot wait for such an incredible opportunity especially getting to go on this journey with my sister queens Jemma & Lilly.
My advice for anyone preparing for an upcoming pageant would be keep working hard but remember to enjoy your time as a finalist as the time will go so quickly. From personal experience being super organised is always a bonus and remember that lists are your friends! Also to the finalists – if you don’t win the crown this time please do not give up. Sometimes it just wasn’t your time and you will come back stronger and better than before (speaking from personal experience).
Finally I want to wish everyone a massive Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I hope your festive period is filled with love, laughter & lots of food. I cannot wait to spend time with my family, eat food and lounge in the Tenerife sun!
