Wow, I can’t believe December has come around so quickly!
It has been a challenging year for me for many reasons and has taught me a lot about myself and others. Having the endless support of my family, friends and followers has meant a lot to me and has helped me to stay focused on who I am and the values I hold dear. I couldn’t have done it without you all so I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you.
With my title I have been able to travel across the UK, making appearances in England and Wales, and I even took my first trip up to Scotland! Competing internationally in Orlando was a great experience and gave me the opportunity to meet so many lovely women from around the globe, many of whom I still talk to regularly. This year has also enabled me to promote my platform more widely, spreading the message of the importance of self-care with my successful #7DaysOfSelfCampaign. In an age where it is so easy to be influenced by how things appear on social media it is so important to make time to care for yourself and stay authentically you.
I wish you all a very Happy Christmas filled with joy and gratitude and hope that the new year sees you fulfil your goals and push negativity aside.
I can’t wait to see what 2020 brings for me!
